How to cook Hokkien noodle:(Satay Chicken)

RECIPE PORTION: WEIGHT:(g)
– Chicken 120
– Onion 40
– Carrot 40
– Bean 20
– Bok Choi 50
– Capsicum 30
 
NOODLE: WEIGHT:(g)
– Hokkien 250
“Boil the noodle for about 10 mins before cook”

SAUCE: WEIGHT:(g)
– Satay 30

COOKING PROCEDURE:
1. Heat wok
2. Add 10ml oil
3. Add 10g of garlic
4. Add bowl of ingredients into wok
5. Add 100ml of stock
6. Add 250g of hokkien noodle into wok
6. Add 30g of satay sauce
8. Stir fry until even colour consistency
9. Serve the finished product onto a plate

How to cook Chow Mein:(Singapore noodle or stir fried noodle)

RECIPE PORTION: WEIGHT:(g)
– Onion 10
– Bean 40
– Egg 10
– Pork 45
– Shrimp 15
– Capsicum 20
   
NOODLE: WEIGHT:(g)
– Chow Mein 200

SAUCE: WEIGHT:(g)
– Curry 30

COOKING PROCEDURE:
1. Heat Wok
2. Add 10ml of oil
3. Add 10g of garlic
4. Add bowl of ingredients into wok
5. Add 100ml of stock
6. Add 200g of chow mein
7. Add 30g curry sauce
8. Stir fry until even colour consistency
9. Garnish with 2ml of sesame oil (if desired)
10. Serve the finished product onto a plate
